House League Update
Just a reminder, although the Saskatchewan Health Authority sports guidelines for outside groups do not require masks for youth players or spectators, indoor players still do require masks.
However, there is no public health order requiring masks outdoors. You may choose to wear mask one if you would like.
To adapt to these challenging times posed by the pandemic, PAYSA will take the opportunity to strengthen and develop our players by offering fun soccer drills, coordination, agility and fitness training in the game time slot.
The outdoor programs will be delivered and monitored by a national licensed Celtic coach who will be present at all times.
All government guidelines will be strictly followed which means only groups of 8 with 15 minute time slots in between the boys and girls groups.
For outside groups, masks are not required for youth players or spectators but are recommended. Mask are required for coaches, trainers and on field support personnel. Just a reminder one parent per player is
permitted on the soccer pitch sidelines.
Indoor groups are required to wear masks at all times, with one parents per player permitted upstairs in the viewing area.
If the government lifts the current restrictions to permit games, PAYSA will then begin games immediately.
One lesson this pandemic has taught us is that we need to match challenges with decisiveness and determination. We will build back better to create a strong, more resilient soccer club.
